WE ordered a Futon, online, with mattress. Delivery was prompt and efficient. Mattress to small, did not fit frame. Called Manager. He arranged for a new size to be delivered. Received and exchanged mattresses next business day. It fits frame perfectly. Manager is sincere and down to earth. Will continue to order frOm A V Furniture.

We are very pleased with the service we received from ARV Furniture, the owner Guurmet and his staff. Guurmet took good care of us, and he was generous with his time, patience and very pleasant to do business with. The furniture we ordered was for our home in Niagara on the Lake. They delivered on time during the busy Christmas season, and the price was fair. We really liked the website, and though we searched other furniture store websites, none was as good as ARV's. The excellent selection through the ARV website helped us with the furniture selection process. We recommend ARV to anyone looking for furniture for their home. I like the kids bed room set and the service is really is good because there is tons of furniture in the store and free delivery charge thank you for the furniture.

I was new to Canada and trying to settle, got the apt but now needed the furniture, tried so many places but seemed very expensive but than came across AVR furniture store went there thinking another expensive store but uncles was so nice he actually helped me in getting everything within my range and also without compromising on quality. And I can't forget their after sales service even after a year they repaired my futon without any additional charges. excellent customer service I would highly recommend to my friends and family if they are interested in furniture this is the place to go. I would rate them 10/10.

ARV furinture has a good selection of furinture, both modern and traditional. The prices are great compared to any of the big box stores or other smaller stores. The store owner is poliet and fair. I've now bought a number of things for my home, sofas, bookshelves, beds, dinning tables etc. Every time I get great service and pay a very good price for good furinture. No problems with delivery. I highly recommend this store.

Arv furniture is based out of Mississauga Ontario and I was serviced in Ottawa. I have purchased items from this location twice now and they are just wonderful. Very kind and beyond anything they helped me with choosing some of my items with great advice. Prices are like no other place and the service is equally is good. 5 star treatment. Finding furniture for new home was quite a task until we went to ARV. Mr. Gurmeet was very patient and helpful in our various requests. ARV has very unique and different furniture and at a reasonable price. We are happy with all that we keep buying from there. I would recommend ARV.

I am a student on a budget and ARV Furniture helped me find a quality bed that was right for me and my pockets. The service was very speedy when it came to delivery and the staff at ARV Furniture were polite.
