Aquaseal visits home as to investigate a warranty claim because homeowner wants to sell home soon. Customer (Ian Cassidy) 147 Julia Crescent. Orilla Ontario states he will do a negative review if we do not fix a crack repair in his basement that was repaired by a former aquaseal employee that was not paid for by homeowner to aquaseal head office. Mr (Ian Cassidy) was questioned why there was additional cracks done in his basement with aquaseal materials.
Mr (Ian Cassidy) stated he approached former aquaseal technician on the side to do additional cracks for a largely discounted cash price not sanctioned through Aquaseal Head office.
Mr (Ian Cassidy) of 147 Julia Crescent. Orilla Ontario. admitted even for how much he only paid witnessed by other employee.
Mr (Ian Cassidy) not sure what he is thinking he should be contacting other parties who did repairs for any warranty claims .Homeowner completely removed winding stair case. Only a improper ladder was present to enter basement. It was noted that there was about 7 + foundation wall cracks in basement. Most cracks were simply addressed with simple hydraulic cement applied to the surface.1 crack (1 of 3 cracks in a 10 ft span in stair opening) repaired by aquaseal through head office showed no evidence at all of leaking. I crack in corner marked black marker leaking never repaired. We have no issue at all for any future homeowner to state which work is infact ours.
Aquaseal has no problem to offer a discounted deal to repair a number of other cracks professionally to this property for any future home buyer / family .
