On the recommendation of our real estate agents, we hired Steve Huddle to inspect the well and septic system as a condition of us buying a country property. He was incredibly thorough im his inspection (I was on site as he did it) and delivered a thorough report in great time. Plus handled sending off water sample for testing and quick turnaround of results.
A year and half later when we were being approached by a water company Re getting filtration products and installation at a cost of $1000 and I wondered if was necessary to spend that Re our deep well. Amerispec was hired to complete a home energy audit. The staff were through and honoured all the promised timelines.
