Amazing Window Fashions

We had purchased shutters from Amazing Windows approx. 2 years ago. Recently, the shutters were damaged by an outside contractor. Alex was kind enough to offer to take a look and was able to repair the damage at no charge. Thank you Alex for the outstanding customer service!

We looked for a great company to do our hunter Douglas window covering, manual and motorized and we found the best price and professional service at amazing window fashions. Alex gave us advice on colours and what would look best in our home. We are extremely have with the product and quick and clean install. We hired Amazing Windows Fashions after having a great at-home consultation with Alex. they were slightly more expensive than a quote I received from a competitor but I wanted to reward this company for their great service and design support.

Unfortunately, I didn't find the rest of service experience as exceptional. I was told I would be contacted once the shutters had arrived. After waiting two months, I followed up twice via email and received no response. When I finally called, I found out the shutters had arrived and they were happy to schedule an installation.

When the installation day came, they came earlier than my appointment so I wasn't home. They completed the install which was great but they didn't clean up after the installation which was disappointing as there was quite a bit of dust and debris.

I love the shutters but I think those hiring this company should ensure that cleanup after installation is included in their contract language.

I discovered Amazing Window in HomeStars and, following the gloating reviews, decided to try them first. Their showroom had a rich selection, and, with the knowledgeable help of Alex, we quickly found exactly what we were looking for (horizontal blinds) at a great price. Alex showed up exactly on time a couple of days later to do the measurements of the many (11) windows. The installation happened, again, exactly on schedule and proceeded quickly. The results are perfect - exactly as we were expecting.

Needed to change the window coverings in the upstairs bedrooms, as I was converting them into a home office and nursery for my grandchildren. I found Amazing Window Fashions online, and decided to stop by the showroom to get a better idea of what product would suit my needs. As soon as I walked into the showroom, I was treated with extreme professionalism, and care. I found that the gentleman working the showroom floor knew the products inside and out. He gave me a variety of choices and once I narrowed it down, he brought the samples when he came to do the check measure. In the end I selected two roller shades one with a black out option. I am very happy with the final product. The installation was seamless and the guys at Amazing Window Fashions were excellent to deal with. I would gladly do business with them again.
