very pleased with the service we received. They arrived exactly when they said they would, and the job was done in the timescale they gave. The workmanship was very good and everything was cleaned up, including the large skip that was taken away within the hour of the job finishing. The price was very competitive.

we live at avenue and lawrence and we have many mature tress around. This fall the gutters needed to be cleaend and we decided to also install an net . the service was amazing...despite that the house is on 3 levels and has very difficult access to eavestroughs

In the spring of 2012, I had Alpine Roofing replace the roof on my home. Although they did a good job overall (minus the fact that they didn't clean up any of their waste), the workers did not seal a corner joint properly in the middle of the job and there was a rain storm that resulted in my bathroom ceiling being destroyed. They sent someone to "fix" the ceiling, and even though I said that the whole thing looked as though it needed to be replaced properly, they insisted it could be patched. Well, that patch did not even last two months and now I have a sagging ceiling and patchy cracking paint in my newly renovated bathroom. Since then, I have called them four times to take responsibility for the shoddy repair work they hired someone to do and to make it right, and I have yet to have someone call me back or fix this problem. Although the roof overall is fine, I would not recommmend this company to anyone due to this situation. Something that could have and should have been resolved months ago is yet to be resolved.

Update August 2013: I recently found out two additional items about Alpine Roofing from my neighbour. 1) They used her power without her, or my, permission while they were at the house. They never offered to compensate her nor did they address it when she asked them to stop. 2) They coated her car and yard with black dust and when she asked them to clean it they said they would and never got back to her. This is a shameful way to run a business. BEWARE.

We were given a great gift by an aunt to replace our roof. We had just moved into the property and had done some reno. Terry H. was helpful, friendly and always approachable! We emailed each other, telephoned and always in connection on the lead up to the fixing of our roof. They started this morning and the finished around 2 pm or so, We were impressed with their workmanship and communication pattern! Terry has been up front, he said that if there is anything wrong, give him a shout!

Alpine replaced my leaking 30 year old flat roof. I was pleased with the efficiency of their work, finishing the job in one day as scheduled. There were a few shingles around the edge capping that they didn't replace but a quick call and some photos had them respond within only a couple days. They did damage a window sill due to debris falling off the roof but I had a window contractor provide a quote and Alpine subtracted it off their bill. During the install, I had some general contractors over and they had good things to say about Alpine. Also, my backyard neighbour was able to watch them perform the work and had positive comments that they had a good habit of continuously cleaning up after themselves and were rather jovial with each other. Overall, very satisfied and would recommend again.

I bought a 12 yeas old house in Woodbridge, Ontario. Unfortunately the roof shingles were bitten by rakoons and during thunder storm, I noticed leakages. I called ALPINE ROOFING, they not only gave me a quick and competitive quote but started the work within 3 days and completed the whole roof within 4 days. It was very nice and clean job with life time warranty on shingles including 10 years labour and workmanship. I am a Real Estate Agent as well and couldn't find anyone better than ALPINE. I strongly recommend ALPINE ROOFING.
