We just bought our first home and there were several windows that needed covering. A friend recommended Allure to me and I am so glad that she did. When Ryan came to the house he immediately knew what would best suite each space and he was so very patient and a great pleasure to work with. Ryan is so knowledgeable with design and product and that was very important to us, there is just so much to think about when deciding on what to use (blinds, shutters, curtains, then wood or not and what color, and the list goes on and on) Ryan had all the answers and knew exactly what to do. We cannot thank Ryan enough for all the time he spent with us helping us make our house a home, it means the world to us. We did a lot of shutters and a few roller shades and some blinds and they ALL look fantastic, better than fantastic actually, we are so so happy. We had just been through some renovations over the past few months and so one thing we were afraid of was the mess (dust) the window covering may leave when installed, well have no fear its like magic, there is NO dust, NO mess. Giorgio came in and was very pleasant and so quick and did not leave a thing to dust or wipe :) Thank you Allure for a great success story for our memory book of our first home.

After finding out the company we bought our shutters from went out of business we contacted Allure Decor with the hope that they could fix our existing shutters after a window replacement company installed new windows that were smaller than previous. We spoke to Ryan who was extremely helpful. He came to our house and assessed the situation, had our shutters picked up and to our delight they were fixed and re-installed. We called Sal five years ago to install vinyl shutters throughout the windows in our house. His service was excellent and the shutters look perfect. Approximately two years later, one of our sons removed and lost a few screw caps from the frames. We called Sal and told him of the problem. He came right away and replaced all of them free of charge. Three years later, my son damaged a piece of plastic trim. Again, Sal came and installed a new one right away, free of charge. Thank you very much Sal for your amazing service.

Sal was quick to come out and give us a quote and complete the sale. His prices were quite competitive. The guys who came to install the blinds and shutters were competent and did a great job. By no fault of the installers, the blinds had to be sent back to be fixed on two separate occasions. After weeks of waiting, I had to continually email and leave messages for Sal to ask when the fixed blinds would be installed. We were happy with the price, the installers, but not happy with the lack of communication after the sale had been made.

Contacted and received numerous quotes from various shutter providers. Allure Window Decor offered, by far the best price for the high quality shutters I was looking for. Great job with downstairs blinds. Very professional and took the time to answer all our questions and help make the right choice. Unfortunately there was a ripple in the first upstairs blinds we got so it had to go back to the manufacturer. All has been fixed and the blinds look great. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
