A contractor recommended Alliance Flooring to me as I needed some carpets removed and new flooring done in a townhouse.

Lehel called and explained exactly what needed to be done and approx. how long it would take. He was also able to make recommendations based on the type of materials builders used on the property, our budget and timeline. We made an appointment with Timea at the showroom and selected our materials.

We are first time homeowners so it was great to have both Lehel and Timea patiently go over the finer details and reassure us. We assumed the work would take about 2 days and it was done by noon on day 1. Looks exactly as promised.

We'll definitely use Alliance Floor Source for our future renovations.

The owners Lehel and Tina and very knowledgeable about the products, they are very personable and help you work within your budget. I had luxury vinyl plank installed throughout my house and the results are incredible. The installers were timely, professional, with attention to detail and cleaned up afterwards. I highly recommend Alliance Flooring. I have new vinyl floors installed in the condo. They have great customer service and there were very prompt to answer any questions. The job was done professionally. For the condo unit it took approx. 2 days to install the floors. They left the condo clean once installation was done.

In the middle of a constriction project that needed to be finished within 3 days, we found that our chosen suppliers were out of/discontinued the floor tiles we needed to finish the project.
Alliance was able to source the tile quickly and arrange for us to pick it up the next morning. This allowed us to complete the construction as planned.
The Alliance representative was polite, professional, and really saved the situation for us!
