Alliance Floor Source

I was referred by my contractor to Alliance. After visiting a great number of flooring stores, I was exceptionally pleased with the prices at Alliance. Lehel was patient and found a suitable product at an acceptable price point and was extremely helpful and thorough with his explanation of installation. He drew diagrams and walked me through the process so that when it came time to installation, I was able to do it with greater confidence and knowledge. I would certainly recommend this store to others and intend on visiting them again when the need arises.

We are very happy with our finished floor. Lehel was very knowledgeable and provided details on the differences on different types of hardwood floors. We're very satisfied with the end results. The floor looks beautiful and smooth. Their installers were on time, friendly and very tidy (cleaned up after themselves). Thank you so much for a great job. We look forward to decorating. My sister and I hired Alliance Floor Source to install hardwood floors on second floor 3 bedrooms and stairs, also for reinstalling carpet in basement bedroom. We had a deadlines, because we were moving shortly. Lehel and his team did all work right on time and with a good quality.
It was overall a great experience and I will definitely recommend people to them without hesitation.

Alliance was helpful from the start with suggestions for various types of wood flooring we were looking for. Their showroom had all the samples to choose from. An engineered oak floor was what we settled on and pricing was very competitive. Well done!

We have been shopping for good quality flooring for our home in North York. As everyone knows there is so much choices, price and quality that most gets confused of the options. Alliance Floor Source proved to be a good fit , chosen after carefully reading the Homestars reviews. Professional service from the first visit at the showroom, removing the old hardwood, determining a new subfloor was needed and scheduling it without down time through to the installation of the new red oak hardwood. It was particularly pleasing to work with people who were proud of their workmanship and open to any concerns.Will recommend to others.

Overall, I found the staff to be friendly, helpful and available. They were patient as I was making my choices, answered all of my questions, and provided service as quickly as they were able. I found it to be a good, solid job at a reasonable price.

I've had about 3 contractors bail out on this job because of the complexity of the corners, angles, and the just overall shape of the home.

I was then referred by a friend Jodi couple of floors below mine to use Alliance. I went to their shop, found the laminate flooring I wanted, and they recommended me to use the QuietMax underlay which meets my building code.

They were even professional enough to have this form in which they will warrant your floors if the proper procedures were done. 1. Ripped up the carpet, then they measured temperature, and leveling. 2. Then used concrete or some sort of filling to fill up so that floor was straight and even. 3. They waited for it to dry for about 2-3 days, then started the laminate flooring.

They finished in less than 2 days, let me inspect it, then cleaned up. It was flawless, I even stepped on every single area of the laminate flooring so that it doesn't "squish" downwards and it was hard like hardwood floor which is exactly what I wanted.

Although during this process, one of their workers scratched up my washer as they needed to move it out of the way (I take half the fault). I explained to the owner Lehel the situation, and his worker did admit it (which I appreciate the honesty a lot, you don't get this often) and they were going to pay for it to get it fixed. Since they aren't specialized in this, and don't want to do a poor job in fixing the scratch, they asked me to hire someone and they will pay for it which Lehel sent me a cheque 3 business days later.

So these guys are not only great workers, but honest business owners as well. They really do take care, and one of the most important thing is that they answer their phones. Even though I am probably a nightmare client, and call them like 5 times a day wondering about status, they were always patient with me and worked with me through this process.

I just have to say, it was overall a great experience and will definitely recommend people to them without hesitation.

I recieved three quotes for simmilar carpet. Alliance was the best price by hundreds. Thier installers were fast and professional.
Would very gladly recommend for pricing and installation.
