I have used Alliance 3X - first to install new laminate flooring when I purchased/renovated my condo, then to fix 2 problems when I had 1) some water and tear that I wanted fixed, and 2) some flooding in unit.
On all 3 occasions, the team at Alliance were responsive, came onsite quickly to give me a quote, and delivered on both price and service.
I would recommend them to anyone. They met all their time commitments, and cleaned up after installation. Staff instore/sales, and online, and on install teams were courteous, knowledgeable and professional.

As soon as met with Timea we found her to be very welcoming. She went through the different hardwood choices and explained the difference between them. She was very helpful, knew her product and was simply amazing. We walked out knowing which hardwood flooring we would choose and felt we were in good hands.

Lehel came to our home to complete the measurements and also provided us various baseboards options. He was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful.

We spent 2 month looking for the product we wanted and founded it only here. Team helped us providing different floor samples, and when we founded what we want, they worked with the supplier to get floor to us even sooner then we expected. I am very satisfied with their selection and service and would recommend them to others.

I installed the material myself which was a very high quality and low price commercial carpet purchased from Alliance. There service is excellent as they are very helpful in finding me the best product suitable for my needs.

Before I moved in to my 1245 sq ft condo, I wanted to have new flooring installed. Timea helped me choose some beautiful LVP and explained the process to me. When Lehel came to do the detailed measurements, he right away let me know he suspected some major unevenness in the slab under the existing flooring. They would not know the extent of the problem until the old flooring was lifted. Indeed, there were MAJOR problems with the sub-floor. The Alliance team worked hard to level things out and, despite a tight timeline they got the job done. Very happy with my new floors. Thank you to Timea, Lehel and their team! Highly recommend them.

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, up front with costs and staff who replaced the carpets and living room floor were professional and did a great job. They were considerate and cleaned up the area before they left. Would recommend them for any carpeting or flooring needs.
