Advanced Plumbing

I hired George to connect all fixtures in a 3 piece bathroom, including sink, toilet and shower. He completed the job with efficiency and professionalism and at a reasonable cost. He has helped myself and my family with several projects, including emergency repairs, and has consistently done an excellent job.

George arrived at my door within 2 hours of calling for same day service. He did a spectacular job and I would recommend him and Advanced Plumbing for any job

The gentleman arrived promptly to my home to replace a kitchen faucet, which he did effortlessly. I had a few other problems from a plumbing stand point happening. A noisy toilet and a leaking shower head. He took a look at both, ordered a part for the shower head, and then fixed the toilet and didn't charge me because it was a super easy fix for him. The repair man was very friendly and super nice. I would use AP again ( and will be when my part arrives), as well as recommend them highly.

I called Advanced Plumbing to undertake a camera inspection of my house drainpipe a few days after a heavy rain storm caused a minor flood (4") in my basement. I was quite concerned about possible tree root knots in the pipes or broken clay pipes for this 107 year-old downtown house. A friend and neighbour had provided a positive recommendation for Advanced previously, based on his prior experience with Greg.

Greg and George both attended my home drain "colonoscopy", and we watched the camera probing the drain together. To my immense financial relief, there were no major problems: no tree roots, no broken clay pipes.

Greg and George both were very professional, personable, courteous, and understood my concerns. Their advice was honest and straightforward; it was a simple job to them, and they did not push for any additional unneeded remedial work. They probably saved me a premium hike with my home insurance underwriter as well. Thanks guys. I will certainly call you again should I need any plumbing/drain work in the future. Bill

Horrified to discover that my bathroom and kitchen sinks were backing up in my bathtub. Called Greg, and George was there asap. Snaked the drain. Problem solved. Took care of 3 other items I was holding off on. Fair price, fantastic service as always. You don't know how relieved I was when the truck pulled up!

Greg and George professionally diagnosed and managed a drain that was obstructed by tree roots and required outdoor excavation to a depth of nine feet in the middle of February. They sourced an excellent subcontractor for the trenching. The difficult job was completed promptly and with obvious expertise and experience. They were always genuinely reassuring and remarkably available. I highly recommend them.

Greg and George were excellent: friendly, professional, efficient and knowledgable. They worked with us on a difficult bathroom renovation so that we could have exactly what we wanted. I can't say enough good things about them.

Service was prompt, clean and exactly what was proposed. George was especially polite, respectful and very professional throughout all the performed work. If issues develop in the future, Advanced Plumbing will be my first call.
