We are very happy with the quality of product and service from AA Waters. We had used them in our previous house about 9 years ago and when we moved to our new home recently we called them again to install sprinkler system. Everything was well explained and before leaving he showed us all the sprinkler heads and zones working properly. I also really appreciate the quality check follow visit up by manager after the installation as one of our other contractor had shut off the water valve and the manager detected it during his quality check. I would definitely recommend AA Waters for sprinkler system.

They were so pleasant to deal that I called them again to fix a family member's system. Again fantastic service. The technition was pleasant, knowledgable and fixed the problem quickly. They are reliable, honest and very conscientious. I just did a complete reno of an old home and dealt with many contractors - none of the others came even close. Their service is also amazing. Our initial quotation meeting with Alan impressed us with the firm's professionalism, and that view has continued in all our dealings. The office staff always remind us ahead of time about scheduled visits, and every one there is a delight. The service technicians have always been prompt and efficient in the annual maintenance chores, and Wael recently went "above and beyond" when we just needed a head raised on one of the sprinklers. For the minimum service fee, he still took the time to thoroughly review the programming on our new smart controller, which has proven to be a wise investment.

Waters & Brooks installed my system 2 years ago. They were extremely helpful in all aspects of the process. They ensured that all parts of my yard and garden are watered properly. Subsequently I signed up for a maintainence package which is ideally suited to my needs. Even during busy times they are prompt to fix or repair any part of the system. I highly recommend this company without reservation.

I have been VERY disappointed with this company. The system has never watered my whole yard I have always had to use supplemental systems. The office staff are pleasant however servicemen miss simple problems costing $$ in water loss and necessity of return service calls. Spring startup has been incomplete and poorly done requiring return visits costing $$ Poor design, incomplete servicing. They have No problem charging you though!

Yearly maintenance of my irrigation system has been excellent both with opening and closing of the irrigation lines. The inspection performed by Wael (employee) has been done professionally and impeccably. Well done.

I have been a customer of AA Waters and Brookes for about 7 years. Their technician came today to open up the sprinkler system. He was on time, professional, polite and did exactly what I needed him to do (did a very minor repair). After he left, I thought to myself - I have always had great experience with this company and their technicians. I am very glad that I found them.
