Great service and installation of sprinklers in my backyard. The work was done cleanly and quickly with no damage the the lawn. Sprinkler works great and saves me a lot of time.

AA Waters and Brookes impressed from the start by being the only company to actually call back and respond to inquiries -- and that includes many of the other "top rated" companies on HomeStars whom I called.

Allan and the office staff were helpful, polite, patient and willing to work around my schedule. When Allan showed up to give me a quote he took his time to measure, calculate, and explain the job to me; I appreciated this a great deal. He clearly knows his stuff and the material they use is of the best quality (I did a lot of research on sprinkler systems before embarking on this project and everything Allan does matches up to what I've read of best practices in this industry).

The workers showed up on time and worked very hard to get the job done. There were a few minor adjustments to be made and these were accomplished quickly and professionally a few days later. Allan took the time to check the work and ensure my satisfaction. The system works great and my lawn and gardens have never looked more lush and beautiful -- this professionally designed and installed system has made my home stand out among a sea of brown and dying grass. I would not hesitate to recommend AA Waters and Brookes and in fact my parents are now installing a system at their house. Top notch value for your money.

We needed to have our irrigation system fixed after a previous supplier screwed up the job. Waters and Brookes staff were very knowledgable and courteous in both the design and installation phases of the project. The system is now doing it's job properly. We strongly recommend.

Every effort was made by Patricia to accommodate us before a long weekend. She is conscientious, courteous and coordinated everyone to get the job done. Wael the technician was efficient and knowlegeable. It is clear he enjoys what he does and is pleasant, good-natured and cordial. He made sure everything worked and that I was completely satisfied with the landscape irrigation. This is a company that makes good on their word.

I am humbled by the helpful response and prompt action by AA Waters & Bowers. The original review , posted 27 Apr 2010, was written by me, Leila [last name removed--Ed](“LS”) . I am the CFO and act also as chief administrative officer for the TLC group . I alerted the one person named in the response . Dr Okhai (“AO”) read my review this morning.. he advised me he felt I had been harsh, especially in tone. Upon reflection I’d agree. Many people are happy with the AA Waters company . We have nothing but goodwill towards them. Their response is impressive : its positive , helpful. They did contact the home of one of the surgeons in the group (who is also the CEO of three-nations group. Accordingly I ask that my review of 27 April be withdrawn ; I’d appreciate the opportunity to correct tone and be fair , and ensure that I am more objective for all , in future. Our CEO , AO said (I quote) I “ went too far , used inappropriate tone, and had insufficient cause to be judgmental. I agree with the AA Waters response . I should have first raised concern directly with them.

We had a sprinkler system installed at the beginning of the summer which not only did not function properly but did not cover our entire garden. Waters and Brookes came in and reconfigured the system, put new appropriate heads in and ensured that my garden would be properly watered. We now have lush grass and beautiful flowers. They are professional, easy to work with, punctual and leave minimal trace of the digging that had to be done. Office staff is on top of the workers and helpful. Thank you for curing my sick garden.

I called AA Waters and Brookes to help with my lawn sprinkler equipment. They were extremely professional, showed up on time and did an excellent job. They also offered advice as to the type of upgrades I needed and spent some time educating me on the system. I highly recommend this company.
