Mike has serviced our furnace and air conditioner since it was installed seven years ago. He is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and polite. We feel so confident in his abilities that we would hesitate to have anyone else look after our furnace and conditioner.

I've dealt with A1 Heating & Air Conditioning for over 10 years, from the purchase of a new furnace and air conditioner, and the subsequent service and maintenance under their great Maintenance program. Each annual inspection and any service calls have been handled promptly and the technicians have always been knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The latest visit was handled by Mike B. who replaced a part, explained what happened, and gave me advice on how to get better air circulation in my home.

We have been using A1 Heating for many years now. We used them with our old furnace and they suggested it was time for a new one. If they feel something is not right or could use an upgrade they inform us . I would recommend A1 . Their staff are all very pleasant and very knowledgeable.

Outstanding service - annual checkups for furnace, air conditioner, humidifier. New furnace installed a few years ago. All personnel are polite, efficient, informative. Have dealt with the company for 13 years. My wife and I rate it as A++!

Amazing company. I had a problem with my furnace so that there was no heat. I had called another company who spent 1.5 hours trying to diagnose and change parts to repair it to no avail. Frustrated at not having it repaired, I checked the online reviews looking for a solid company with a good reputation and settled on A1 thinking I might need a new furnace.

"John" attended the house and was very professional and methodical with his work. He spent approx an hour doing a variety of tests and inspections of the various components. He determined that the gas burners needed a thorough cleaning inside even though they first appeared not too bad. He quickly got me up and running and now the furnace runs great. John found the problem that the other company missed. The price for the service was very reasonable. I will definitely use A-1 again should the need arise. Thank you A-1. #80812

It took John (#80269) about two to three minutes to determine why our furnace was not working. It was the thermostat, the contact pins were bent. This had happened before so I decided to purchase a new thermostat to avoid future problems. John was terrific and he also serviced the furnace and humidifier and found that the humidifier valve was plugged and would return with a new one. Very pleased with the service. We do have a service contract with A1.

I had problem with my furnace and technician came, he immediately knew what the problem was, explained in detail why it happened and was able to fix it in no time He was very professional young man, and very happy with his work.
