A1 Windows

Contracted A1 Window to replace all windows and doors in 2018. We never have any issue with their products.
In July, My husband accidentally tempered the window in the kitchen so it won't opened.
After the initial ran around they did to me, A1 window eventually sent 2 technicians to my house to perform a minor adjustment without charge.
The technicians are polite, both practice COVID-19 precaution- wearing masks, keep physical distancing. They also explained well the cause and the way they repaired it.

A1 supplied 5 windows for our carriage house project ahead of schedule. Sales and delivery guys were great. Product looks great so far and I’m looking forward to installing them.

Manny and his helper Jandy were the best two employees you have not only did they go beyond what I expected they delivered the doors to the rear of the house and believe me it wasn’t easy these two fellows need a good pat on the back for the service they do for the customers in regard for the company of A1 Windows

Ranjit, mandeep, Mani were excellent and professional. Cleaned after job and answered questions when needed. They were very helpful and did not leave until the job was compete. Recommend this company.

The installers Mandip and Ranjit are calm and professional. They are punctual and polite and fixed all the small issues we had in a cool way. And they are very pleasant to talk to.

Old and moldy windows needed to be replaced. I went through countless companies requesting quotes. Only a handful of companies could provide a professional quote, and A1 was one of them. Their sales person, Robert, worked with me to provide a competitive quote within my budget. The installers Mani, Mandeep, Virk, and Ranjit were efficient, tidy, and had an eye for detail. They replaced all 17 windows in one day. I would recommend A1 Windows and all of their staff!

We recently had several aging windows replaced in our home. We had a positive experience with A1 and their installation team. Mani, Ranjit and Mandeep were very thorough during the whole installation process. Mani in particular was very good at explaining the process and answering questions and made it clear his goal was to make sure the customer was happy with the product. They cleaned up carefully when they were finished as well. Overall we are happy we went with A1 for this project and feel confident the windows were installed quickly and professionally.

I was extremely happy with the service from A1 Windows! They replaced my old windows at my townhouse. I spoke with Dena and Raymond on several occasions to plan all aspects of the install (quote, design options, etc...) and they delivered everything just as they promised. They sent three installers (Ranjit, Mandip and Gurpreet) they were very skilled workers and I was highly impressed with their professionalism. They took the time to lay sheets on the floors to not cause any damage, cleaned up and swept all debris, and had zero issues installing the windows. I would highly recommend A1 Windows to anyone, they were reliable, professional and do great work.

I had a window upgrade set up by my contractor and wasn’t sure what to expect. We just moved the inside furniture and took down the curtains, but couldn’t figure out how to remove the blinds.

Ranjit, Virk, and Mandip were in and out in about an hour! They took care of our blinds removal and replacement, also made sure our alarm was reinstalled properly. They had a mat so not to wear their shoes on my floor, and swept on their way out. The window looks great!
