Very professional service from start to the end. Staff was very friendly and EMPIRE Kitchen exceeded our expectations for the quality, time commitment, and Service. We are very pleased and will recommend EMPIRE Kitchen to anyone who is seeking for Kitchen cabinets. HARRY was very knowledgeable and he did offer many suggestions while designing the kitchen that was very practical. Price was comparable but the product line they offer are one of the best out there. We did get complete kitchen, Hallway and Powder Room renovations completed by EMPIRE kitchen and they did arrange time for installation and their installation crew was very friendly and professional. Harry and his team are incredible. As a designer myself, I know the headaches that can come with any remodel of a space. They are detailed and talented, and met all my expectations. I am thrilled with my custom built modern kitchen. My experience with Empire Kitchens, Harry and his crew, was very positive. They were professional, courteous and the job was completed on time. Harry walked us through the project step by step; we were able to make changes and he always encouraged us to call if we had any concerns; so there were no surprises. They took care of everything starting with removal of the old cabinets and getting rid of all the debris. I really feel we got value for our money and they were excellent at coming back to fix the little issues that needed attention. I would highly recommend Empire Kitchens.

My family and I have lived in our house for the past 27 years and for quite some time, we had considered redoing our kitchen, main floor tile and powder room. After researching a few companies, we decided to entrust Empire Kitchen with our home renovation. Among the reasons for our decision were their reasonable pricing, signature spice racks, and quality of workmanship. We were also quite pleased with Harry’s new vision for our kitchen which was entirely different from our original layout. Further to this though, it was imperative that we feel a sense of trust with the company we contracted. This is what we found in Harry and his friendly staff.

The biggest hurdle that we faced during this renovation was having to cope without a kitchen and washroom on the main floor as our project did extend slightly longer than originally anticipated. Harry and his staff ensured that all of the minor issues and concerns we had were attended to and cared for. Among the Empire construction crew was a subcontractor by the name of Jagraj who consistently went above and beyond his call of duty, and we would like to make special mention of him and his efforts in renovating our home.

My family and I would not hesitate to recommend Empire Kitchen to our family and friends.

Once the deposit was cashed the nightmare began. Unresponsive, rude, unprofessional, 6 week delivery ended up being 6 months (very difficult on our family especially since we were advised to remove our kitchen in advance of the 6 weeks). Kitchen was unfinished, workmanship was poor (not leveled, missing hardware, poor fitting, drawers not square to each other, missing cabinet peices etc.
Insult to injury...design was ignored...appliances had to be returned.
Granite top not leveled, currently separating.
OPINION: NO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY
