After a long house renovation, Ana was a tremendous help in suggesting blind choices and options for our main floor windows. We were originally overwhelmed by the great choices, but Ana really helped us to narrow it down, and pick a product we are still extremely happy with. Product arrived in time, and installation was seamless. We have recommended Night and Day to many friends!

As new home owners, we were perplexed by the complete lack of quality and stylish window coverings at a decent price. We hadn't met anybody who knew what they were talking about either. That is, until we met Ana at Night and Day Decor. She was amazingly knowledgeable, and had a great sense of design and style herself. She took ample time with us at each visit, helping us go through all of our options to find the best for us. Ana was nice, smart and so patient with us as indecisive new buyers! The quality of the products was outstanding and the look as stylish as it gets. We were thrilled with the product when it arrived, installed by her friendly and efficient installer. Our intension was simple, purchase the remaining two window coverings for our project. The outcome was nothing short of a hook line and sinker.

After detailing that we were back to purchase the blinds not purchased in our first run the store graciously looked up our information and confirmed the measurements of the windows (both being the same).

We discussed the options and indicated that it was not a high profile area so we did not want to go as high end as we did on the main floor and we were guaranteed to be getting the best deal possible.

The calculations were don and we were told a number out loud to which was multiplied by two (to me that would indicate both blinds we were looking for). We confirmed right away and placed the order, all while thinking they really must want our business because this is a great price.

Once we received the order we came to find out that it was only made for half of what we needed and discussed. With absolutely no remorse from the store for this we were told they would be happy to place another order for the other blind, hook line and sinker.

Having looked up our information from past record why would we knowingly order just one blind when everyone knew we needed two... For this the only response has been that they would be happy to order another at the same price, there by putting us over the other quote we received and nearly doubling our budget. This sucks!

I called Night and Day after one of my neighbours recommended them. I had to cover all the windows in my new condo, as well as put up blackout shades in the bedroom. I have high concrete ceilings, and knew I couldn't leave this job to do myself. Jason came to my home, loaded up with samples, and helped me select the best blinds for our home. There was a slight delay with the blackout shades from the manufacturer, but they were so kind to come and deliver and install the ones that had come in, that way I wouldn't have to go without any covering at all. The installer was very efficient and friendly. I would definitely use Night and Day for my next purchase.

We are totally one hundred percent satisfied - love the Hunter Douglas shutters and blinds in our new home!!! Amazing what difference they make - absolutely fabulous look. Our house is almost complete...HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!

My wife and I decided to do the window coverings on the top 2 floors of our house and called Night and Day, after reading the reviews on this site. Although we were a significant distance from the storefront, Ana and Jason completed the project in a timely manner and the blinds and shutters were exceptional. In addition, the service we received was unbelievable and the price was very competitive. If we decide to do the basement windows, we will definitely be choosing Night and Day.
