I had a lot of anxiety about having these fixtures installed because one of them is over sixty pounds and the other two were very complicated to assemble and put up properly. As always, my go to is Homestars and again, the results were amazing. After watching a "master" like Joe B and his assistant get down to work, I realised that I had hired the right company. Not only was Joe's attention to detail equal to mine but his attitude was so cheery, and his willingness to make everything perfect made what could have been an unbearable day more than pleasant. They were remarkably neat and conscious of my home as well. After enduring unbelievable ineptitude and uncaring quality of workmanship in my newly constructed townhouse, it was more than a relief to deal with such professionals. I would never consider hiring anyone else in the future for any of my electrical needs.

We called the good folks at Solutions Electric and described our situation over the phone. Although they did end up having to come out to do the repair they at least tried to diagnose it first without having to send a technician and charging us. Joe the technician was fantastic and even completed a few other minor repairs while he was here.

I cannot recommend this team enough. We had a slightly odd project for them to tackle and they did so with aplomb! Every single person you interact with from your first email, to the electricians who come to do the work, to the accounts department are polite and professional. They are a busy group so you'll have to be a bit patient but they are worth the wait.

Any unsafe wiring (e.g., knob and tube) and ungrounded wiring was required to be updated. Staff were always prompt. If there was a delay due to traffic, they always called to advise. They worked well as a team and seemed to really enjoy their work. A walkthrough was performed at the end of each day indicating completed work and work projected for the next day. If I had any questions, they explained until they were sure I understood. Cleanup was excellent. There is nothing I can suggest for improvement. I've no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this company.

Received test and troubleshoot service from Solutions Electrical. No problems with any of the work done at our home. But trying to get the promised report was a hassle. Did not receive a response to e-mail inquiry, and several calls to head office were needed before getting the report.

Always on time, highly competent and professional. There are cheaper people out there, but few better. They found an electrical fire that cut off power to a quarter of our house when other electricians couldn't.
After that, they replaced every plug in the house, the panel, and installed a box to support our new swim spa.
All work was done extremely well.
