Solutions Electrical

I had recently moved into a new condo, and was eager to get ceiling lights installed in the bedrooms since there weren't any. I contacted a few places but couldn't get anybody in as quickly as I had hoped. I then tried Solutions Electrical, and Frank himself called me back almost as soon as I had left my message, and immediately arranged for one of their installers to come out. I was overwhelmed by his customer service (and friendliness), and to say I was ecstatic at how quickly it was all done would be an understatement! I was equally thrilled with his installer, Joe. He was right on time, incredibly pleasant, and patient when I was indecisive about how I wanted my pendant lights hung. He provided his input too, and we made the decision jointly - I even enjoyed that part of the process! All in all, there was absolutely nothing about the entire experience that wasn't incredibly positive. Even the bill was less than I had thought, and lower than others had quoted me. I won't even consider calling anybody else in the future.

I had called several companies in Toronto and no one called me back. So then I looked up Electrical Companies with good reviews and "Solutions Electrical" was highly recommended by past costumers.
I spoke with Tony on the telephone and he explained there would be a minimum charge for coming to assess the issue. The next day he had 2 professional employees at our house. They diagnosed the problem. They were efficient. Tidied and swept after the job was completed and we have had not any issues with the lights since! I can highly recommend Solutions Electrical!

Dave carried out a very fast and professional repair to our outlets and replaced the necessary fuses as well. Excellent experience and definitely would not hesitate to use Solutions again. Thanks Jim

Called Solutions Electrical for a second time. I purchased new exterior fixtures for my home and needed them to be installed. I spoke with Sue and she immediately started the ball rolling. Tony called and set up an appointment to come over. Just two days later Tony came over and looked over the job and I had come up with more things for him to add to the estimate. A day later Tony sent the estimate by email and I quickly made an appointment for his crew. A day later Joe and Stephanie attended and started the electrical install. The job took a couple of days. Joe and Stephanie were always on time, courteous, and very professional. They cleaned up after they completed each fixture. They also installed a dedicated line for my washer and installed two ceiling fans. I would highly recommend Solutions Electrical. They are very skilled electricians that do a proper job and don't cut corners like others. Thanks in advance to all at Solutions Electrical.

Solutions Electrical came to our church to perform a Test and Troubleshoot of our existing electrical panel. Both David and Carmine did a superb job duirng the full days work they peformed on site. While they certainly had to investigate all areas of the church and needed to turn on all the lights at some point or another, by the time they left, the church and electrical box itself looked exactly the way they did prior to the work beginning. I would not hesitate to recommend Solutions Electrical to any of my friends or colleagues. This is the forth project they have done for me, (between home and church), and they have never disapointted. Their professionalism was evident once again.

I received a quote from Solutions Electrical and decided to go ahead with the project seeing their great reviews on Homestars. I enjoyed communicating with Tony through email who kept me up to date with the quote and the work that was going to get done. The quote was full of detail with no hesitation to go ahead with the project. Two workers came to install a light in my crawl space, to install my already bought outdoor light fixtures and to install a receptacle in my garage for my garage door opener. The electrical wire used was good quality, the work was very neat and professional and my place was left clean once the job was completed. I am satisfied with the quality of work done. Solutions Electrical were very professional and corrected the problem I was having with my lights. When any appliance goes on the lights in my house goes dim and then it goes bright after the appliance is running. I called Hydro to see if the problem was to do with any connection outside my house and they came and tested their connections and said the problem is within my house. I called Solutions Electrical and they sent 2 electrician and fixed the problem in a short time. The electrical safety authority wanted verification that the work was completed properly. Solutions elelctrical worked with the ESA to have the work approved. It was a really pleasant experience dealing with Solutions Electrical. I would gladly recommend them to anyone with an elelctrical issue.

Joe and Joel did a fantastic job. Very professional, polite and clean from beginning to end. I love that they treated my house like it was theirs and went the extra mile. They installed my foyer light fixture at no extra charge.
