He made me feel at ease and explained everything to me in a way which I understood clearly and could make an educated decision as to what I would take to the seller. In the end, the seller took another $10,000.00 off the selling price of my home and I'm convinced Shawn's detailed explanation of the issues had a great deal to do with it.
