General Contractor in

WARNING DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I received a quote for $800 to move a one bedroom apt. Everything from the kitchen and dining room area was already moved out prior to the movers arriving. They just had the bedroom and TV area to move. Everything was already in boxes. After the painfully slow move I was charged $1200. Not even close to a (+- 10%) that reputable companies offer when not close to their estimate. Oh…and damages to the apt and furniture that I had to spend time coordinating with the company to have repaired. Took multiple phone calls with the company (manager, owner and contractor) and customer service and months later repairs were eventually made. Awful customer service. Charged 50% more than the quote.

Horrible service. They never follow through with calling back. Their product is no better than other companies but they make it seem like it is. It is very confusing when ordering a product, what you ask for may be altered to what they think is better for you. Some windows & doors were delivered damaged (lots of scratches) there fix is a little paint bottle. I asked for brick mould and was told that is not the way expensive homes do it but brick layers beg to differ creating more work. We needed to add moulding to all doors so you would not see behind stone/brick. All windows were sent smaller than window openings, in order to install windows we had to alter size of openings. After a year, we are still waiting for a replacement window promised by the owner himself. Tried calling multiple times can never reach anyone but the receptionist. Be assured, they will tell you that they will call back. Don't wait by the phone. They started as a small company and now they are big and forgot who brought them to where they are.
