Very Professional, Friendly and knowledgeable! Went over and above to show us all his findings and offered suggestions for quick and easy repairs. Even put tags on all our water and electrical shut offs, makes it easy for the wife to find in an emergency! The infrared and moister scans gave us peace of mind and made us feel confident we were purchasing a great home. Highly recommended!
