Paul was very professional, he called the day before to confirm the appointment and to tell us how the day would go. He was very thorough, providing us with an extensive formal evaluation of our home, complete with pictures of problems that he found, as well as recommendations and examples of things that he would suggest for longevity in the home. I found the pictures to be very clear and helpful so we knew what he was talking about and how to make changes, and add changes/addendums to our contract to make sure everything is in perfect condition for when we move in. He is friendly and personable, and we love that he has a young kid so he was especially cautious and thorough in looking for things in the home that could be of danger to our one year old, and our growing family. Nothing was left unanswered, and we are comfortable and confident in our decision to purchase our home.
