When booking quotes for a new furnace/cen air, I always try to stay with small, local businesses. But, have had reno nightmares, so decided to book a corporation. Rob first came for a quote, educated me on getting the air done at the same time. Then the 2 tech's came a week later. I was so impressed how comfy they made you feel and never overstepped or made a mess that wasn't cleaned up. Then, in July, hot water tank next, Robert showed up after Elaine (call centre) booked me in right away. I was so stressed and the warm he showed with patience and kindness, I could not believe. He kept the tears of stress from falling, even told me-let's get it down and working first, then we talk $. As a woman homeowner, Reliance and their male Tech's are so professional but at the same time, down to earth. Makes it easier to call for repairs/service....thank you so much Reliance!!!!!!!!
