Partly my fault, but Terra Depot did provide the material and service they said they would. I asked for single board wide laminate and a micro-bevel. I received 2 wide board laminate with no micro bevel. In a couple areas the laminate is shifted right under the drywall leaving an over 3/4" gap, too wide for the 9/16" wide baseboard I had left out. Also I have not receive credit for the unused material. I even helped the driver carry it down to the loading area in my condo a couple days after the install. I called the rep from Terra Depot 3 times and he said he would come look but it has been over 2 weeks and they have not. Unfortunately I had already paid completely before noticing the gap and wrong material due to having paid when I picked up the keys after work as a friend needed a place to sleep after a martial dispute. Yes, I should not have paid up until I was sure I was happy. But for Terra Depot to say they will do something only to ignore me after they get the extra material back is reprehensible.
