Nu-way was the place that my homebuilder used as there preference. I would not use them again ever. I have to get my whole main floor that is hardwood replaced due to defective hardwood.(1000 sq feet). It's been 8 months since I moved in and it is still not done. I was then told we need four days to rip out the floor and replace it but we're not providing accomodations. So I'm supposed to leave my house so they can rectify there mistake. You leave message after message with the service department and no return phone calls.If anyone chooses to deal with Nu-way-good luck if you have any service issues.Go to Divine hardwood I dealt with them with my last builder and had no issues whatsoever.

It was an unfortunate situation that "Angie" received defective hardwood on her original installation. As the retailer, it is our responsibility to liaise between manufacturing and the client. We will always advocate for our client with the manufacturer to come to an agreeable resolution. We do try to expedite the process to the best of our ability - but sometimes the manufacturers do not always appreciate the inconvenience we extend to our clients as a result of defective product. I know that "Angie" has accepted a settlement from the manufacturer and I truly do apologize for the frustration and timeline it took to resolve this situation.
