The furnace in our 1 year old condo was making loud, grinding sounds (like a locomotive!) so Reliance sent Julius out to have a look at it. We were so impressed with Julius! He tried several fixes without favourable results but he did not give up. He even sat listening for the noise for several hours, and never made us feel that we were making an issue out of nothing. He is polite, conscientious and kept calling to tell us he would be trying something else. In the end I guess the furnace was just a "lemon" and they replaced it with a brand new one. We were very pleased with the service from Reliance but it's employees like Julius who make a good name and reputation for the company. It was a pleasure dealing with Reliance, but especially Julius!
