We had a small attic that needed upgrading from R23 to R50. We had called another well known contractor 3 times, they couldn't be bothered to come and look at the job, gave a ballpark estimate over the phone without even seeing the attic. After not having calls returned by this other company , we began to look online for another option. We found Envirotech on HomeStars and were pleased at the reviews we read. We decided to give Mark a call and from first contact he was professional, arranged to come and take a look, discussed our options and promptly emailed us a quote. Upon acceptance of the quote he arranged a date for the work to be completed. We had to delay the date once due to extreme temperatures (August), but Mark kept us informed of new dates once the weather had cooled off. His crew showed up on the appointed day and were polite, tidy and had the job completed quickly and efficiently. We were invited to go up and take a look before they sealed the attic hatch with weatherstripping. Everything was completed as detailed in our quote, on time and no additional costs/surprises. We are very pleased with Mark and his crew and would recommend to anyone looking to upgrade their insulation. We look forward to a warmer home this winter.
