Refacing of a fireplace in teh living room
We had a very short deadline to reface a very outdated fireplace in my semi-detached home, and hired Integrity Masonry to do the work . My call for a quote was answered very quickly, Nick Ford, the owner of the company, came by on a Saturday morning to look at the job and provided the quote in a short time. Once we accepted, the work started very quickly. The workers were extremely polite and professional and resolved problems (asbestos was detected on the wall, the floor and ceiling were not even) quickly and efficiently. Nick, came by several times a day to check on progress and provide his considerable expertise to his workers, to ensure that we were pleased with the progress and to address any issues we might have. He communicates well with his workers and his clients, and during the process it became clear that he loves what he is doing and takes great pride in his work. The crew was very punctual in the morning, took very short breaks, tidied up every evening and left the house as clean as possible. We were amazed that the work was completed so, and the new fireplace looks absolutely stunning. It was a pleasure dealing with Nick and his crew, and we are thrilled with the end result. I highly recommend Nick and Integrity Masonry.
