we had this company install a new furnace and heat pump in our home. Though there was no problem with the installation of those components no one seemed to know how to program the new thermostat that accompanied it. Perhaps they should send their techs for some training on new products. In spite of this I would recommend them for intalling new equipment, they were on time, professional and very persistent in trying to problem solve as far as the thermostat went.
