Potlight Expert's crew arrived at the agreed upon time, consulted with me on what I wanted, made a couple of very good recommendations on how to improve the outcome from what I was asking - which made good sense and I accepted them. The went to work very efficiently - well organized, professional, and confidence inspiring. They confirmed the layout with me before they started drilling any holes. They used high quality fixtures, provided LED bulbs in my choice of colour temperature, and clearly knew what they were doing. The job was finished in a remarkably short time due to the organized distribution of tasks between the crew and the total lack of wasted motion. In the meantime, they were able to explain to me at each step of the job what they were doing, and field any questions I had as they went. The overall result is very pleasing. It looks better than what I had envisioned, and the layout they proposed is clearly an improvement over my original design. Completely satisfied with the job Potlight Expert did yesterday, and today I find myself casting around the house looking at other rooms as candidates to have them back.

We learned our chimney had a serious issue not visible from the ground when our roofer was on the roof estimating our roofing job. We called Bill, he came to assess the job within 24 hours. He advised us on repair options and pricing. He worked to schedule the repair days to work best with both the forecast weather conditions and with our timing for the roofing job - that is to say to enable performance of the chimney repair in the most favourable weather conditions available, and in advance of the roofers so that the chimney repair traffic would occur on the old roof rather than on the new roof. This is an important point, as avoiding unnecessary foot traffic on a roof will help the shingles last longer. He came to do the job when he said would, did the job efficiently and professionally, charged what he said he would, and provided us with before and after photos so we could see the results without risking a climb on our tall, steep roof. I could not be happier with the services provided. Great job!!
