Brutal! Brutal! Brutal! Do NOT buy from them - you'll be sorry. They were great during the sales pitch and asking me for money. The biggest issue is lack of communication - they often did not extend the courtesy to call me when something was wrong or they weren't able to show up. I was left frustrated because calls weren't returned and the owner even had the attitude that it's my problem, not his. The issues extend into customer service and warranty work. Getting them to acknowledge a warranty issue AND come out to fix it is like pulling teeth. Save yourself a headache - go with a highly reputable company.
