Carpet cleaning, duct cleaning
Had both carpet cleaning and duct cleaning done earlier this week after a move. Andrew did a great job cleaning the carpets and a couple of grease stains came right out. Duct cleaning however...well, they were doing fine until they started blowing out the vents (after they supposedly sucked up all the dust and debris) and somehow dust came right out and dirtied the floors/windows/house that we just just spent 2 days cleaning and scrubbing! I had to vacuum the floors and wiped down the windows/baseboards etc. all over again! So needless to say I probably won't use their duct cleaning again.

I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with the Duct Cleaning. It is always our intention to give the best service, and to make sure when we leave your house you are completely happy.
As I was personally there on this job, you mentioned to me right away about the dust on the floor, Please note: the dust came from the filters that were in each supply vent. Our Technician took them off your supply vents in order to clean each vent. When he placed the filters on your hard wood floor some dust ended up on your floor. I am very sorry that this happened as soon as I noticed I apologised and I let our Tech know and he came up to clean your floors for you, but you insisted on cleaning them your self.
Your ducts are absolutely clean the dust came from the supply filters, we never recommend those filters because this stops the air flow.
As a company we always do best to exceed customers expectation. Unfortunately things happen the only thing we can do is fix it and apologise, which we did right away at your house.
