An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
"As a first time home buyer, Paul's experience and knowledge was very helpful in discovering potential issues about the house to further investigate. He answered all my questions and provided very helpful insight based on his experience. I received the inspection report at the end of the inspection without any delay. The report was well organized, with sections covering the different parts of the property. It also included notes to explain the more technical issues that may not be obvious to a new home buyer like myself. I would not hesitate to recommend him to my friends." -- Henry, first time home owner
