I was set to use another company I liked but wanted to just check around before committing. Convertible answered my questions (many) clearly and I was impressed enough to schedule a sales person to visit. What sold me was their long history and great after installation service arrangements. The job was done well and in one day. The only improvement I would make is to receive an email or text on the day before confirming that they are coming the next day. Thank you Convertible Air

I remember speaking to you the day after installation, you were surprised the day we showed up, I think perhaps because the salesman Christopher had mentioned it to your husband that we were coming that day, we normally have the date confirmed verbally by phone, we never leave it to chance on an email.
