This company's idea of a "fix" is to charge 50% of the fees upfront and then pretend to do work. My dishwasher wasn't properly draining. The "technician" charged to me to reset the motherboard (?) and then suggested that the problem will still persist and I'll need to order a new pump. What is actually required is that the check valve and drains need to be cleared of any debris. Presto.
