I got a new high efficiency furnace and tankless water heater installed by Canadian Choice Home Services. They were very easy to deal with. They communicated very clearly explaining the steps in the process from start to finish, including dealing with the challenges of the very tight space in my furnace area. When I realised that my bathroom drain was clogged below the join of shower, sink and toilet and my snake wasn't long enough to reach it, I called Natasha. She is so efficient that she had Larry at my house in a little over an hour from when I called. Larry was very clear about what had to be done and the cost of alternate methods of clearing the blockage if necessary. He was able to unblock the drain through the shower (the least expensive method), and left my bathroom functioning and clean. Natasha made a followup phone call to make sure I was satisfied.

I was fully informed about costs and policies. Michael came when he said he would and communicated clearly what the problems were and what options were available to resolve them. Follow up was done at my convenience at no extra charge. Work was done efficiently and there was no mess left behind. I was impressed with the reliable service and clear communication throughout the process.
