This is by far the best customer service I have received from a company. When I first called to inquire about a new door and asked for a quote, I was given a price over the phone and Kevin said he could come over to have a look in 30 minutes if I wanted. I asked if he could make it a bit later and he said no problem. Sure enough, Kevin showed up right on time, confirmed the price and gave me a quote in writing. He also did a temporary repair on my garage door at no charge before I had committed to purchasing the door from them. Later that day, I confirmed that we wanted to order the door. The door came in two days later and the installation date was scheduled. My installation was done this morning. Ryan arrived on time and immediately introduced himself. We had a quick chat and he went right to work. Within a couple of hours, my old door was gone and my new door was installed along with a new keypad. When he finished, Ryan cleaned up and swept the garage, went over everything he did and we settled up on the bill. This is the way every company should operate. At Markham Garage Doors, customer service is the top priority. They treated me like I was their most important customer and I have no doubt that every customer is treated this way. They answered all my questions and gave information openly and honestly. There was absolutely no pressure to buy and the price I was quoted is the price that I paid.
