The technician who came to our house, John B was very personable. He was scheduled to arrive between 9-12. There was a chance he was going to arrive late, so the company called us to let us know, but he ended up showing up on time. He offered a suggestion of easy maintenance to avoid costly repairs to our heating unit in the future. We had a great experience with them, and will deal with them again.
