Our water heater flooded part of our basement on a Friday aft. Peter Hillman came at 5pm, assessed the situation, gave us all the options and had a replacement installed first thing Monday morning. Our furnace did not come on at the beginning of the season and Mackay dealt with it (3 hours of work)quickly. WE GOT A FURNACE CLEANING INCLUDED AS PART OF THE DEAL
