An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
We called adam to come price our reno and addition on our architects recommendation. The price we got from GarCon was very detailed and concise. All our other quotes were pretty vague and left us wondering what was actually included in the price. We checked garcons reviews on homestars and we're very impressed. They started the job when they said they would and finished almost on schedule. We didn't mind the extra delay cuz we knew things were being done well. The job was very successful and are very hope with our updated home. They gutted and renovated our current 1400 sq ft house and we added on another 1200 sq ft. The house is beautiful and our family is very happy living in the house. I would definitely recommend GarCon to my family and friends.
