The worst experience of my life. Bought a mattress from there, upon delivery there was a stain on it. The store accuses me of staining the mattress when I haven't even used it, and refuses to replace my mattress with a new one. in reply to the comment below, the cleaning service was offered at the cost of the consumer. after much argument, the company only agreed to pay for half of the cleaning service. The mattress cost about $1000. I didn't think it was reasonable for me to pay for the cleaning service at any amount, when the stain was on the mattress upon delivery. The delivery person never mentioned what we were signing for after receiving the shipment. So to all the shoppers out there, please carefully inspect your furniture before signing for anything!! Thanks for your review Jenny. We are sorry that you didn't enjoy your experience. Dealing with damage to mattresses is very tricky as there are strict rules regarding health and cleanliness. Had the stain been shown to our drivers upon delivery, you could have had the mattress sent back. Unfortunately, upon inspection at the time of delivery, the mattress was signed off as "received in good order". Once the product has been received in good order, we cannot process a claim for anything other than manufacturing damage or defects that fall under the manufacturer's warranty. We even offered to arrange to have a service tech. come out to your home and attempt to clean the stain for you.
