We renovated two bathrooms and every time I go to see Kate at factory tile on Queensway. She has been able to figure out exactly what I want. I find choosing tile the trickiest part of any renovation and she is able to ask the right questions that take me to exactly what is best for our project. Two of our bathrooms are now completed and they are showstoppers thanks to Kate. The tile makes all the difference. We’re about to start our third bathroom Reno and consulting Kate is the first stop I make.

We found you very informative and honest. We feel you found the right furnace for our needs and even discouraged us from choosing something more expensive that we did not require. The installation was impressive. Mike spent a lot of time educating us on the product and answering our questions. The installers used runners throughout the house. They left the house clean and no one would have known we had a furnace and water heater replaced. It was seamless and painless. Thank you for following up to make sure we were happy with the products and service. As you promised, the furnace is very quiet and brings the house up to temperature more efficiently. We hired Towne Contracting in April 2013 for significant construction work on our kitchen renovation. We had a great experience. They were thorough, timely and professional. I was very comfortable with all the trades they brought into our home. They continually updated us throughout the project and were always easy to access when we had questions.
