We recently hired Level Up to complete a basement renovation, and we couldnt be happier with the results. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. He and his team stuck to the timeline and budget they initially quoted, which is something we really appreciated! Our site manager Avtar was also very helpful in making sure everything was running smoothly throughout the duration of the work. A special shout-out to Ashley, the designer, who was fantastic to work with as well. She took our ideas and turned them into something even better than we imagined, and her help with the design choices really brought the space to life. She was very easy to communicate with and truly listened to our needs and preferences and made recommendations accordingly. One thing that really stood out throughout the process was the consistent communication. Mike kept us updated regularly on the projects progress, including scheduling and who would be coming in and out of the house on any given day. It made coordinating everything so much easier, and we never felt left in the dark. Every worker that came to our home was punctual, polite, and professional. They always took great care to be respectful of our space, and when the project was fully complete, the Level Up team ensured our house was cleaned up. Its clear they take pride in their work and in providing an excellent experience for their clients. The basement turned out exactly how we envisioned it beautiful, functional, and high-quality.
