renewal w/o clear communication / terrible customer service
advisor told that cancellation requested at end of cycle but continued, calling them on hold 30 mins, agent got my number incase of disconnect and no call back after put on hold and hanged up from there end. Called back another 1 hour wait. I don't need to wait 1-2 hours for a 2 min conversation.
