New Furnace and A/C - not up to par
Day 1 Initial furnace installation was smooth and well done. They cleaned up after themselves and it was all good. They were supposed to do an extra run into my basement, but said that the team from next day would do it. Day 2 A/C installation was not as good. A/C Power cables were hard up against our water spigot so we could not turn on our outside water without rubbing against a high power cable. They came back and fixed it after I called, but it still should not have happened in the first place. The Day 2 team also did not do the extra basement run. I have called twice and talked to very nice people, but no action has happened on this yet. I would like to be able to recommend them, but right now, I cannot.
