Edward was able to quickly fix the door panel and showed me how to fix it ourselves in future. He also fixed the freezer part of the fridge that had been leaking water onto the floor. We have had to have the freezer component repaired several times before. Edward was the first repair person to use a steamer to unclog the drain and showed and explained to me why this had been a recurring problem. Edward was the only repairman who answered his call last night when I phoned and was able to come the next day for the repairs
