Recently during a cold spell, our garage door spring broke and we could not open the door. Besides the spring, each year since its installation, we have had a problem with this same door when the weather turns cold. That is, the door would only go up part of the way. We had several garage repair services come to fix the later issue but the issue kept repeating each year. Markham Garage Door not only responded very quickly to our request to fix the spring but also resolved our other issue. The later issue was due to improper setting for the door on the original installation. I would absolutely recommend them not only for their excellent repair work but their professional and positive attitude toward customers. It was a pleasure to deal with them.
