Today Oct 25 I accidentally locked my keys inside of the house. I found this company on google. When I asked how much it would cost the representative could not give me a rough idea? ( I thought it was strange because a few years ago I called a company and they provided me with a price range.) It was an emergency so I told the representative to dispatch a locksmith. Big mistake: the locksmith did arrive in 30 minutes. He charged $300 not a problem but in the process of opening the door he destroyed my door trim. He did not apologize, he said it was like that before he arrived?? This locksmith and this company is the worst!! I do not have the strength to destroy my own door trim? This company refused to repair the damage they caused!! Never use this company!! Horrible service!! Please call someone else!! I called the company and explained my concern ask to speak to a manager they never provided me with the information? I called again left a message.They never called me back!! I am going to report this company to the BBB
