I had placed an order for hardwood floor(bamboo)(2year ago).But unfortunately I have to cancel the order, because I have been told by doctor my kids allergenic to bamboo. I had given $500.00 deposit. So when I went to cancel it they were very roud and they said, I cant get the deposit back, saying lots of ridiculous reasons..Dont even think of buying from this guys.
