Had Alex out for a quote, was quick, professional and friendly. Spoke with 7 other sprinkler companies, none of them could come close to how easy it was to communicate with The Sprinkler company, every time I called, someone answered that alone spoke volumes. After all the quotes came in we chose the sprinkler company because they were most detailed and again the communication was excellent. The day of the work they showed up early, not just on time but early which I was impressed with. The owner Mike was there and he introduced us to their foreman Ben. Mike was an absolute pleasure and Ben was phenomenal. They both walked us through everything that was going to happen. I had a million questions and at no time did they ever make me feel like I was annoying or inconveniencing them, they really have world class customer service. The work was performed flawlessly, their attention to detail and meticulous nature carried right on through to their clean up. By the time they left it was hard to even tell they had been there to do any work at all. The grass was raked, all debris picked up. I’d almost say it was cleaner when they left then when they started. The sprinkler company was phenomenal, flawless, meticulous and an incredible attention to detail. Their workers were polite, kind and a pleasure to have around our home. It was awesome to meet Mike, and Ben really is a customer service champion.
